Visible Studio Code 1.108, the most recent model of Microsoft’s common code editor, introduces help for Agent Expertise, a brand new characteristic that enables customers to show the GitHub Copilot coding agent new capabilities and supply domain-specific information.
VS Code 1.108, also referred to as the December 2025 launch, arrived January 8. Builders can entry it for Home windows, Linux, and Mac from code.visualstudio.com.
An experimental characteristic, Agent Expertise are folders of scripts, directions, and sources that GitHub Copilot can load when related to carry out specialised duties, in response to Microsoft.
