We’re in search of a proactive and technically sound Electronics Sourcing & NPD Engineer to handle digital element sourcing, interact with international distributors and companions, and assist end-to-end electronics growth from idea to mass manufacturing. The best candidate can have hands-on expertise with IC producers, international distributors, PCBA suppliers, and EMS/ODM companions, together with sturdy working information of fabrication processes and provider analysis.
Key Obligations
Sourcing & Procurement:
- Supply ICs (microcontrollers, energy ICs, reminiscence, and many others.), passives, sensors, and electromechanical parts
- Develop and handle sturdy relationships with IC producers, licensed distributors (e.g., Arrow, Avnet, Mouser, and many others.), EMS suppliers, OEMs and ODMs
- Establish alternate suppliers and parts for price financial savings and threat mitigation
- Consider and choose PCBA fabrication companions based mostly on technical capabilities, price, high quality, and lead time
- Negotiate pricing, provide phrases, and guarantee adherence to procurement and compliance protocols.
New Product Improvement (NPD) Help:

Technical & Compliance Experience:

- Learn and interpret BOMs, electrical schematics, datasheets, and fabrication recordsdata

- Handle PCN/EOL processes, obsolescence planning, and technical change management
- Work with cloud-based BOM administration platforms: Altium 365, SiliconExpert, SourceEngine, and many others.
Program & Knowledge Administration:
- Act as sourcing lead for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs throughout all NPD initiatives
- Keep clear, up-to-date element knowledge and lifecycle standing
- Work with planning and warehouse groups to make sure element availability for builds
- Collaborate cross-functionally with international provide chain and procurement groups

{Qualifications}
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or associated area with 3–6 years of sourcing or NP expertise
OR
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering with 5–7 years of related expertise
- Prior expertise working with EMS/ODM and understanding of PCBA fabrication is a should
