I just lately up to date my Ventura OS to 13.7.5 (from 13.7.4.?). I’m now getting this mysterious error message every time I attempt to run a script that’s written in bash
:
I take advantage of a present model of
bash
that I put in from “MacPorts”:GNU bash, model 5.2.37(1)-release (aarch64-apple-darwin22.6.0)
# pwd is identical folder that "anyscript.sh" is positioned in
% ./anyscript.sh
zsh: operation not permitted: ./anyscript.sh
I get the identical error if I strive the “full path”; i.e.:
% /Customers/seamus/scripts/anyscript.sh
zsh: operation not permitted: /Customers/jmoore/scripts/rsync_pswdsafe/pwsafe_bkup.sh
I simply seen the “replace log” for 13.7.5, and it appears Apple is “up within the air” over safety points. Nothing I noticed within the replace log steered an affiliation with this situation, however:
- it is occurred because the replace
- Apple’s document of breaking issues!
Has anybody else had comparable points – or have a clue as to what this replace may need wrought?
