What You Will Do
- Diagnose purposeful and beauty points in assembled/ semi assembled Related Automotive and Automotive Audio merchandise.
- Carry out hands-on rework involving soldering, analyze check failures to establish fault areas utilizing testing instruments and diagnostics.
- Examine repetitive failure modes and doc findings.
- Collaborate with High quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering groups for efficient CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Use RCA instruments similar to 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto evaluation.
- Keep detailed rework logs, defect information, and restore histories.
- Replace normal rework directions and guarantee traceability of repaired merchandise.
- Present each day/weekly experiences on defect traits and motion standing.
- Help initiatives to cut back rework charges, line rejections, and buyer complaints.
- Present suggestions to design and course of engineering for enhancements in product manufacturability and robustness.
What You Must Be Profitable
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or associated.
- Expertise: 2–5 years in rework and fault analysis in automotive electronics or PCB meeting.
- Conversant in PCBA Manufacturing course of.
- Take part in inner high quality audits and buyer high quality difficulty resolutions.
- Prepare operators and technicians on primary troubleshooting and rework methods.
- Help in making ready visible aids, fault libraries, and restore SOPs.
- Help product validation and pilot manufacturing runs for brand spanking new fashions.
