Position Overview
We’re in search of a hands-on {Hardware} Technician to affix our {hardware} engineering group at BatteryPool. You’ll be answerable for citing, testing, repairing, and sustaining our digital {hardware} techniques — the spine of our EV battery and charger community. This function is good for somebody with stable expertise in electronics meeting, troubleshooting, and high quality management who enjoys engaged on actual merchandise on daily basis.
Key Obligations
- Carry out board bring-up, together with power-on testing and validation of latest {hardware}.
- Troubleshoot and restore faults at part and board stage.
- Conduct high quality management (QC) checks to make sure {hardware} reliability and efficiency.
- Execute SMD soldering, rework, and meeting duties, together with fine-pitch soldering.
- Determine and deal with a variety of digital parts, supporting part stock and procurement.
- Assist upkeep, restore, and maintenance of deployed {hardware} within the subject.
- Preserve restore logs, check stories, and meeting information for traceability and compliance.
{Qualifications} and Expertise
- 3–4 years of expertise in electronics meeting or servicing.
- Prior publicity to electronics meeting strains or PCB manufacturing setups.
- Robust hands-on abilities in SMD soldering, fine-pitch IC rework (QFN, QFP), and circuit debugging.
- Strong data of digital parts, troubleshooting strategies, and QC processes.
- Familiarity with check devices akin to multimeters, oscilloscopes, and energy provides.
- Consideration to element, systematic strategy, and skill to fulfill deadlines below minimal supervision.
