Google is testing putting the arrows subsequent to the sitelinks on the left aspect of the sitelinks. Usually these arrows are on the appropriate aspect of the sitelinks.
Now we have seen tons of arrow sitelinks checks over time.
This was first noticed by Nishant Gupta on X after which Sachin Patel on X.
