Google is testing a brand new design for the buying adverts format, one that appears a bit extra just like the picture pack design than buying adverts. The traditional buying adverts are extra in a carousel format, and never rows of merchandise, as nicely.

Google is testing out a piece beneath the Purchasing adverts on desktop that seems much like a picture pack.
