Google used to label the Discover Associated Merchandise & Companies search advertisements with a bigger sponsored label. It appears Google has eliminated that label and is now including a smaller font disclaimer under the part to say these are from advertisers.
The disclaimer says, “These searches have been chosen to attach you with related services from advertisers.” However the “Sponsored” label on the high is now not there.
