Exterior monitor reveals horizontal traces with MacBook Air M1

I take advantage of Ctrl + Cmd + Q to lock the display. After coming into my password, I generally see these traces on my exterior monitor, an MSI G241.

Here is what I’ve tried:

  • Rebooting my MacBook.
  • Altering show settings to default.
  • Visually checking HDMI cables; no harm, and they’re fully new.
  • I’ve linked this monitor to a Home windows PC, and it really works nice after the lock display.
  • My inner show works nice; I have never seen any points with the Mac’s graphics, and it is not even scorching.

This downside shouldn’t be everlasting, more often than not the monitor works accurately. I can not say at what level this downside will seem.

To quickly repair this situation, I shut my laptop computer lid, wait a couple of seconds, after which the issue resolves itself after I open the laptop computer. Are you able to clarify what these traces are? And the way can I stop this from taking place once more?
