About The Position
We’re in search of a Energy Electronics {Hardware} Engineer to work within the Energy Electronics & Management Workforce for eVTOL superior electrical energy conversion programs.
Key Obligations
- Design and growth of energy electronics {hardware}:
- Perceive venture necessities to design, mannequin, and validate utilizing simulations.
- Optimize design to satisfy reliability, testing requirements, manufacturability, materials, and value tips.
- Put together & validate design paperwork, part picks/BOM.
- Develop an environment friendly manufacturing testing plan for energy electronics and associated assemblies.
- PCB Structure design
- Conduct DFMEA, carry out root trigger evaluation, implementing fixes to enhance yield, efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability of digital assemblies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Groups.
Assembly Different Attributes Like
- Stable understanding of analog and digital circuit design ideas, together with high-voltage and high-current programs.
- Expertise in growing and troubleshooting high-voltage programs and parts, making certain security and compliance with business requirements.
Required Abilities
- Expertise in design and growth of energy electronics converters like DC-DC, DC-AC converters as per business requirements.
- Understanding of superior converter topologies (like tender switching converters) and wide-band hole semiconductor units (like GaN, SiC).
- In-depth information of energy units and their gate drive necessities.
- Proficiency in designing and sizing high-voltage energy architectures, together with energy distribution, vitality storage programs, and energy conversion.
- Proficiency in designing for EMI/EMC compliance.
- Familiarity with electronics packaging. Experience in design optimization.
- Understanding of PCB design/Structure tips for energy circuits and programs.
- Data of simulation instruments like MATLAB/Simulink, LTSPice, PSpice
- Data of PCB design instruments like Altium/KiCAD
