Now that we’re packing storage crops into the shares—like candy potatoes and winter squash—it’s time to present them somewhat further care and so they’ll maintain up superbly for just a few weeks. Preserve them on the counter in a cool spot in your kitchen, or in a cool, dry storage spot out of the solar. And if you’d like our farm’s produce in your vacation desk, don’t overlook to order a Thanksgiving CSA Field—it’s all the things however the turkey, with particular vacation recipes from our kitchen to yours.
Closing CSA Week of the Common Season
We have now only a few weeks left of our common season! The ultimate supply date would be the week of November tenth for weekly and bi-weekly B members and the week of November third for bi-weekly A members.
