In her ruling banning Apple from charging a fee on purchases made outdoors the App Retailer, Decide Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers says that an Apple government “outright lied below oath.”
In keeping with Gonzalez Rogers, Alex Roman, vice chairman of finance at Apple, gave testimony that was “replete with misdirection and outright lies.” The decide writes that Roman lied when testifying that Apple hadn’t selected the 27 % quantity for its payment on purchases outdoors the App Retailer till January sixteenth, 2024.
