AEPL is among the fastest-growing automotive product firm and is in search of a PCB Designer to design schematics and PCB structure for automotive merchandise.
Key Tasks
- Collaborating with {an electrical} engineer to create schematics.
- Construct and preserve half libraries as per IPC, following the outlined processes, making certain they’re full and proper.
- Designing and creating high-quality PCB layouts for automotive digital merchandise.
- Talk with HW, mechanical engineering departments, and producers throughout undertaking execution and for seamless integration of PCB designs.
- Conducting design evaluations and implementing finest practices for PCB structure and manufacturing.
- Producing Gerber information, meeting drawings, and documentation for manufacturing.
- Work with distributors and producers for PCB fabrication and meeting
- Optimising designs for efficiency, value, and manufacturability.
- Performing electrical testing and troubleshooting to validate PCB designs.
- Staying up to date on business developments, rising applied sciences, and finest practices in PCB design.
- Conduct design feasibility research to determine layout-related trade-offs on packaging, value, manufacturing, and system efficiency for the engineering design workforce.
{Qualifications}
- Bachelor’s or Grasp’s diploma (B.E., B.Tech, MSc. , M. Tech) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Pc Engineering, or associated discipline.
- 2-6years of expertise in PCB design with ORCAD, ideally in a mid-senior degree function.
- Robust understanding of PCB structure strategies, sign integrity, Energy integrity, Thermal and EMC/EMI issues.
- Expertise with high-speed digital design and RF/microwave PCB layouts is a plus.
- Familiarity with business requirements and manufacturing processes for PCB fabrication and meeting.
- Accustomed to impedance-controlled circuits, layer stack-up trade-offs and panel optimisation.
- Information of IPC requirements (IPC 2221, IPC 7351, IPC 2152)
- IPC certification is a plus
- Accustomed to DFx- DFA, DFM & DFT requirements
- Sign integrity and Energy integrity instrument information, such has Hyperlynx or another instrument is plus
