I am unable to exit Guided Entry on iPad… the password immediate will not settle for any enter.

I enter Guided Entry mode with a triple-tap of the house button. To exit Guided Entry, it is the identical triple-tap. And since I am unable to exit Guided Entry, the one factor I can do is tough restart the iPad… which, fortunately, brings the iPad again with Guided Entry off.
