Fabric8Labs and Wiwynn have introduced a collaboration to showcase superior chilly plates for AI knowledge facilities at Computex 2025. The partnership combines Fabric8Labs’ Electrochemical Additive Manufacturing (ECAM) know-how with Wiwynn’s server and rack options. The demonstration will happen Could 20-23 on the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Middle.

The collaborative effort addresses thermal challenges in high-power density computing environments. The personalized chilly plates are designed to match the facility maps of AI accelerators with optimized fin buildings that direct coolant to thermal sizzling spots. Based on the businesses, these options ship thermal efficiency that’s 48% higher than conventional skived microchannel applied sciences.
“Wiwynn is a frontrunner in knowledge middle IT infrastructure, and we’re thrilled to help their mission with superior chilly plates enabled by ECAM,” stated Ian Winfield, VP of Product & Purposes at Fabric8Labs. Lentis Pai, Director at Wiwynn, added: “This superior resolution delivers superior thermal efficiency to reinforce liquid cooling capabilities.”
The ECAM know-how permits cooling options to be particularly designed for underlying SoC energy maps. This customization goals to optimize efficiency, effectivity, and system reliability in knowledge middle environments. The know-how is especially related as AI workloads proceed to extend thermal administration calls for.
San Diego-based Fabric8Labs develops ECAM know-how for functions in electronics, medical gadgets, communications methods, and semiconductor manufacturing. Wiwynn focuses on computing, storage, and rack options for knowledge facilities with a deal with TCO-optimized and energy-efficient options.
